SWEAT was founded in 2014, with a mission to bring old school, personalized fitness services to the community. SWEAT is independently owned and operated, not just another corporate franchise.  We offer personal training, group fitness classes, and nutritional counseling.  At Sweat Fitness & Performance, we specialize in strength and conditioning programs, weightlifting, and sport - specific training.

We take great pride in providing individualized instruction in a clean and safe environment. We welcome drop ins for a $15 fee commitment.

One-on-One Personal Training

One-on-one personal training is focused on educating you about your body and how to keep fit independently of the trainer. 

Group Fitness Sessions

Small group training is an affordable way to take advantage of an elite trainer's expertise. At the same time, keeping the fun and competitiveness of a group dynamic.

Sport Specific

Sport-specific training focuses on simulating movements and exercises in the weight room and on the turf that will transfer to the specific sport of your choice.

Consulting

Sweat offers nutritional and wellness consulting based on your needs. This includes meal plans, goal setting and body fat testing.
