SWEAT was founded in 2014, with a mission to bring old school, personalized fitness services to the community. SWEAT is independently owned and operated, not just another corporate franchise.  We offer personal training, group fitness classes, and nutritional counseling.  At Sweat Fitness & Performance, we specialize in strength and conditioning programs, weightlifting, and sport - specific training.
